How to add a student (including new starts)

Description:

You can add a student via the Cohorts, Sales page or the Student Tracking/Planning page. All options options will save the information into the Student Planning table. Adding student numbers or editing start dates will automatically update the hours to be flown and Instructor and Aircraft resources required.

Prior to the start of the course Aeroplanned will calculate hours and resources required based on the ''Planned no of students''. Once the course has started Aeroplanned will automatically read from the ''Enrolled no. of students'' to calculate hours and resources required.
