How to manage Users in Aeroplanned

To invite other users to your Aeroplanned account you need to have an Admin user level.


  1. Click the settings icon in the top navigation bar
  2. Select the Tab 'Add User'
  3. Enter the persons email address
  4. Select the relevant user level
      1. Admin: can edit every page, edit syllabi, set the default version, create Customer types and flags
      2. Planning user: can edit all pages, can't edit syllabi
      3. Read only: Can view all pages
      4. Student planning page: can see and edit only the Student planning page, useful for Instructors
  5. Click 'Add'

The system will send an invitation to the email address.
