How to manage Users in Aeroplanned
To invite other users to your Aeroplanned account you need to have an Admin user level.
- Click the settings icon in the top navigation bar
- Select the Tab 'Add User'
- Enter the persons email address
- Select the relevant user level
- Admin: can edit every page, edit syllabi, set the default version, create Customer types and flags
- Planning user: can edit all pages, can't edit syllabi
- Read only: Can view all pages
- Student planning page: can see and edit only the Student planning page, useful for Instructors
- Click 'Add'
The system will send an invitation to the email address.
